Reach out to us any way that's convenient — through the form on the website, via Telegram, Viber or WhatsApp. Tell us the city and cemetery, and we'll get to work.

We confirm the details
A manager gets in touch to confirm: the city, cemetery, section/row, grave number, and the scope of work needed. If you don't know the exact location — we'll help you find it.
We calculate the cost
Based on the scope of work, we prepare a detailed estimate. We send it to you for approval and agree on a date for the work. No hidden charges — you know the exact amount in advance.
50% upfront payment
Once the estimate is approved, you pay a 50% deposit. Pay however suits you: LiqPay, Fondy — for clients in Ukraine; Wise, PayPal, Stripe — for clients abroad. We accept UAH, EUR, USD, PLN.
We do the work
The team travels to the cemetery. First, we photograph the "before" condition. Then we carry out all the work following a 12-point checklist: cleaning, washing, replacing flowers, painting and more — according to the package you chose.
We send the report
Once the work is done, we send you a detailed geotagged "after" photo report. On the "Standard" and "Premium" plans — a 60-second video walkaround of the grave with a GPS pin and a date watermark. You see every detail — the monument, the fence, the flowers — with the date marked.
Balance payment + subscription offer
If you're happy with the result — you pay the remaining 50%. We offer the option to switch to a subscription: from 3 to 12 cleanings a year depending on the plan, with a photo report after every visit.
